Sadly I did not buy the leopard print cupcake liners myself. I have recieved a set of 50 as a gift though and I can not for the life of me find the same exact ones anywhere else :( They were soo cute and now I'm so sad I used them, because I can't find any as cute as those anywhere! If you find them, let me know and I will continue to look for you all.

Well one of the things I love, without a doubt, is animal prints. I love Zebra and Leopard, so here are some pretties for you today :)

Hmmph...fat you have overstayed your welcome!

I hae been kicking some booty this week. Whats been on my agenda you ask, hmm, just a little Zumba, Tennis, Kickboxxing, and Tae bo. I've been kicking some booty and I've been eating better also. I try to keep my meals healthy and my afternoon and night time snacks around just 200 calories or lower. But I'm seriously bummed, the scale is going in the wrong direction. I was supposed to wait to way myself until Friday, but unfortunately I snuck in scale time today and "i'll be darned" it has gone up instead! GRRRR. I just got a belly button piercing over the weekend in hopes it would encourage me to ge this tummy off, but I'm busting my butt and it's not going anywhere :(

On another subject, I'm still planning that lovely bachelorette party and am in need of some yummy mocktails.

I also have a recipe to share :)

I took a traditional recipe and took out a few things and added some others and it was YUMMY!!! So here you go:

Hamburger Pie

Ingredients
6 servings of boxxed mashed potatoes or fresh mashed potatoes
1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash black pepper
a few dashes of hot sauce
1 can green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can steamed tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
1. Make mashed potatoes according to box directions; set aside. In a large skillet cook meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Add the bell pepper and hot sauce. followed by the salt and pepper. Stir in beans, corn, and tomatoes; pour into a casserole dish.

2. Cover the meat and vegetable mixture with potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over the potatoes. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree F oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

Pink Dresses and Bathing Suits!!!

I am needing help with two things,well just two for now! I'm sure I could use a lot of help on a lot of things, but I will not ask y'all to do all of that.

Anyways, one is that I need the perfect pink dress thats at a decent price for our Valentines dance the Thursday before Valentines. I need to look stunning. I need a man..hehe..jk. But I would like to be beautiful.

The second thing I need help on is that I need a really cute bathing suit for the end of the month when I go swimming with the manatees. Maybe even more than one bathing suit, but I want one that accents me. I still have a tummy and I am still very white. It sucks having my skin tone :(

Your advice will be greatly appreciated!!!

Oh lordy, take these things away from me. Hide them, lock them up, and please don't let me see them!!!



These things are so heavenly I feel as though I can't live without them. They are not good for my diet and I'm always like just one which turns into two and no I don't let it pass two, though I want to soooo bad. They are sooo delicious. I have to start popping my hand everytime I see them and say "no carie, those are going back to that tummy, those hips, and those thighs. STAY AWAY" Oh jeez I'm losing my mind with these things!!!

All kinds of exciting things :)

I'm so excited! I mentioned before that I was accepted into the International Peer Mentor Program, well today we got to meet our partners. Both Morgan and me both have guy partners. She has not actually met hers yet, but he did call and leave a voicemail saying he wasnt going to be able to make it to a meeting. Now they are paying phone tag. I did get to meet mine. I m excited, he is twenty-six and from South Korea. He is still not that great with English, but has been in the U.S. sice 2002. I think we will have a good time. We are all meeting Thursday for coffee and to talk.

I also did something very exciting today (and no it was not failing a quiz because I didn't read the story that was assigned..:( though I did do that). I signed up and paid for a trip to Crystal River, Fl to go snorkling with the manatees. It is a weekend trip with like 20 students from my college. We are staying at a Golf Resort and I am pumped that it will be a really good weekend.

Also, the Thursday before Valentines, the college is hosting a "Pink Party" dance. We are to wear more than 50% pink and donations go to breast cancer awareness. I'm also excited about that and on the hunt for the perfect dress. Any suggestions?


And guess what? I got a suprise in the mail today from Noelle at Lil Bits and Pieces of Me. I was so excited to see all this cuppycake stuff. Theres cupcake scrapbook paper, cupcake stamps and an ink pad, a cupcake pedicure kit, a cupcake list pad(or whatever you call it), a cupcake ornament, cupcake liners, and acute handmade cuppycake picture frame. I'm such a happy girl. Thanks sooo much Noelle.
