Alrighty well I got a few questions from my post yesterday and am finally going to answer them, YAY!!!
KLC asked:
If you could go on a dream vacation where would you go and with who?
I would go to Australia because that has been a lifelong dream of mine. I almost went as an exchange student type deal my sophomore year of high school, but I got very sick. I would take my best friend, because we have always joked about going there and plus I wouldn't want to take a guy because from what I've heard there will be really hot guys with great sounding accents there..lol
Prep in the Big Apple asked:
If you were stranded on a desert island with a cd player and one commercial cd (can't be a mix that you made, has to be available in stores), and you had to listen to this cd every day for the rest of your life, what cd would you pick, and why?
I think I would have to choose Pink's Funhouse cd. The songs are very lively and fun. They are also great to dance to. I love to dance around my house now while cooking, cleaning, etc. and I think this cd would be a fun cd to listen to while dancing around a desert and I mean hey if I have no one else to talk to I can just talk to Pink lol, she's a cool person right..haha. Well atleast until my batteries run dead or someone finds me, Pink will be keeping me company. lol
Lauren Nicole, LLC asked:
If you could be anything you wanted to be, what would it be??
If I could be anything in the world, I would be a better daughter, a better aunt, a better sister, and I would be a great mom and wife. I would be a stay at home mom if things went the way I really wanted, but I have a feeling by the time I get married things might be a little hard to do that if this Economy is still like it is now. I would love to work with babies or expectant mothers in that case. I have always wanted to be an OBGYN but I have I guess an early start of Parkisons possibly or something like it and my hands shake horribly and I know I wouldnt want someone like that operating and delivering my baby, so I think I will either choose to be an Ultrasound tech. or a NICU nurse. I will also be a passionate baker on the side unless somewhere along my college days I find that I do not want to further my career in either of those things and I will decide to go into a catering/ baking business with my mother, for now we will just do it for fun and for a little extra on the side.
Ya'll can still continue to ask questions if you want and I will still answer them. Those are the ones that have been asked so far and I hope I answered them okay..lol

A recipe and a rant!!
Here is what we had last night for dinner. My niece was reading the recipe over the weekend and said she wanted me to cook it because she wanted to try it. I was scared they were not going to eat it because my niece is really not a meat eater. I got suprised. The kids ate ever bit and came back for seconds. It made the house smell so good also. My dad on the other hand didnt care to much for it, but thats because he doesnt like anything mixxed, but I forgot to take his chicken out and cook it different before I fixxed it. He never tries any of my new recipes unless he thinks he might like it. He is so picky..grr.
Anyways I was satisfied, because it was Yummy!!!
Chicken Nacho Bake
1/2 cup Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
TOP each chicken breast evenly with salsa, sour cream and tortilla chips.
BAKE 20 min. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF).
